Our Return Policy
No returns/refunds accepted after 3 days. If you're unsure about purchasing, please download a sample copy of any of the mystery games or contact us with your concerns and questions before placing your order. We value your privacy as much as we value our own. We will not share (or sell) our customer information with anyone. Plain and simple. You may opt out of our mailing list* at any time by sending us an email. *Our mailing list is comprised of people who have purchased our games, requested information and/or entered our monthly drawing.
Any Haley Productions game and its related files/documents is the intellectual property of Haley Productions and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. They are for you, the buyer’s personal use only and may not be distributed or resold to others in any way. We monitor the Internet for cases of piracy and copyright infringement/violations. We will pursue all cases within the full extent of the law.
COMMERCIAL USE: None of our games may be produced for-profit without contacting us for our written permission and to discuss usage (we charge a $12 commercial use royalty fee for any game $24.95 and under and $20 commercial use royalty fee for any team game currently priced at $39.95).
NON-PROFITS/FUNDRAISING USE: We charge a nominal $6 royalty fee for each additional use of any game you’ve purchased.
You must include our author credit/copyright on any and all documentation including programs, promotional materials, website(s) and advertising (if any).
End Users License Agreement (EULA): Download and use of any game by Haley Productions constitutes your agreement to the terms disclosed below.
NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: GAMES COME WITH NO WARRANTY AND ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. BECAUSE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE APPLICATION AND PRODUCTION OF ANY GAME PURCHASED ON THIS SITE, HALEY PRODUCTIONS CANNOT GUARANTEE RESULTS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR LOSS TO PARTICIPANTS.
